Not As We (All Fall Down)

Across the stream of opening
Into the mouth of tomorrow
Into the sea of everything
All fall down

Within the tide of happenstance
Into the haze of sea fog dreams
Between the ages of childhood
All fall down

Against a raging tidal wave
Against the pull of waterfalls
Against the sucking whirlpool
All fall down

Beyond the blue horizon sky
Beyond the deepest darkest sea
Untill tommorow never comes
All fall down

-Josephine S. Blick

tomorrow everybody is elsewhere
still making and dreaming
still pygmallion and daedelus suck crumpets and lust
still as always
now in quadraphonic silence

I read this again and like it. But couldn't Pygmalion and Daedalus be working against quadraphonic silence?

Gratuities.

The newest thing! Useless surround silence! The fad of yesterday, tomorrow!
